14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
How To Start A Return
Email hello@polodistrict.co with your order number and the piece you'd like to return. We'll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid label and instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You'll get an email the moment it's processed.
Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale and anything damaged after delivery aren't eligible for return. Every listing states its condition clearly before checkout.
