Terms of Service
The plain-language rules for shopping the Polo District archive.
Agreement to Terms
By browsing polodistrict.co or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted here is always the one in effect.
Who Can Order
Our clothing is made for all ages, but to place an order yourself you must be able to enter into a binding contract or have permission from a parent or guardian. Payment details must belong to you or be used with the account holder's permission.
Products & Archive Condition
Polo District curates rare and vintage pieces. Vintage garments are pre-owned and may show light wear consistent with age. We describe condition honestly in each listing and photograph the actual piece where possible. Colors may appear slightly different across screens.
One-of-One Inventory
Most archive pieces are single-quantity. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it — inventory is only secured once checkout is complete. If an item sells out between your visit and your order, we will cancel and refund that line in full.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Compare-at prices reflect original or comparable market retail and are shown for reference. Payment is processed securely by Shopify; we never store your full card details. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Orders & Cancellation
An order confirmation email means we received your order, not that we accepted it. We may cancel any order for suspected fraud, payment failure, resale abuse, or stock error. If you need to cancel, email us before your order ships and we will do our best to help.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Delivery times, carriers, and free shipping thresholds are covered in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags attached within the stated window.
Accounts
Customer accounts are provided through Shopify. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
Marketing Messages
If you opt in to email or SMS updates, you consent to receive marketing messages about drops, restocks, and offers. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from email at any time or reply STOP to opt out of SMS.
Intellectual Property
The Polo District name, logo, site design, photography, and written content belong to Polo District. You may not copy, resell, or reuse them without written permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks referenced in listings belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the pieces we curate. Polo District is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any brand we resell.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the site to scrape data, bypass purchase limits, interfere with checkout, submit false information, or infringe anyone's rights. We may restrict or block access if we believe the site is being misused.
Limitation of Liability
The site and products are provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law. Polo District is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
